    The AI Opportunity Assessment: a written roadmap of the jobs worth automating, what each costs you now, what fixing it is worth, and a fixed quote. Yours to keep, fully credited against any build within 90 days.

  3. Deliver

    Train, build, or both

    The assessment prescribes the right treatment: sometimes your team just needs the tools and the training; sometimes a job deserves a tool of its own. Details below.

    Ongoing support plan

    We keep it running: monitoring, fixes under warranty, updates when your business changes, and training for new staff.

What happens to our data?

Before anything runs, we set safety rules with you: what can go into AI, and what never does. Those rules are written down, and your team is trained on them.

What if it breaks after you leave?

Every build ships with a defect warranty and an ongoing support plan: monitoring, fixes, and updates when your business changes.

Will we be locked into you?

No. Every build is documented, with user guides and an operations manual, and your team is trained to run it without us.

Do you work outside Auckland?

STAS is Auckland-based and works with businesses across New Zealand. The first talk is free either way.

Is AI actually ready for this?

For some jobs, yes; for others, no. Telling you which is which is the entire point of the assessment. If the honest answer is "you don't need us", that's what it will say.

I'm Josiah Santos, STAS's founder, an engineer who got tired of watching good businesses lose hours to jobs a machine should be doing.

I run STAS from Auckland, and the work is hands-on: I come to you, learn how your business actually runs, and put AI to work on the parts that don't need a human, and to do it properly, with testing, documentation, and a warranty behind it.
